They meet or exceed ASTM F2412 and F2413 M I/75, C/75 EH standards. - WATERPROOF: The KEEN.DRY waterproof, breathable membrane allows vapor to escape without allowing water to enter, keeping your feet dry and comfortable. The Fort Wayne 6” Composite Toe work boots also have a mesh liner that works in conjunction with the waterproof membrane. - SUPPORT & COMFORT: The boots include KEEN Luftcell technology, which consists of an air-infused midsole and aerated pillow-top cushioning for a weightless and comfortable feel. They also have a nylon shank for midfoot support, and the upper material meets ASTM SATRA TM31 material abrasion standards. - CONSTRUCTION: Constructed with full-grain barnyard resistant leather that helps resist the damaging effects of oleic acid, urea, sodium chloride, and ammonium hydroxide. Featuring direct attach construction for a strong bond between the upper and outsole. - SAFETY & TRACTION: The boots are equipped with oil- and slip-resistant, non-marking, siped rubber outsoles for improved traction that meet or exceed F2913 SATRA standards. The outsole and midsole also meet ASTM D471-06 903# oil and isooctane chemical resistance standards.
